A little about me...

Hi, I’m Steven Jasionowicz, a UX and Service designer based in New Zealand. I help organisations solve real problems by designing clear, thoughtful experiences that put people first. Whether I’m redesigning IT support tools, improving contract management, or supporting the rollout of new platforms, I always aim to make things simpler, more intuitive, and more useful.

I’m known for digging deep to understand user needs, working closely with cross-functional teams, and turning complex challenges into practical, human-centred solutions. I enjoy leading research, facilitating workshops, mapping journeys, and designing clean, accessible interfaces.

Outside of work, I’m a dad, a dog owner, and someone who’s always thinking about the next creative project.
